Highly qualified and experienced Maths and Computer Science tutors.
Sonia, a qualified Maths and Computer Science teacher, who has worked at various schools across the West Midlands, set up Heart of England Tutors to provide quality Maths tutoring for local children. There is a national shortage of teachers, particularly good quality Maths teachers so tutoring hopes to address the gaps in education and help all students achieve their potential.
What We Offer
We offer a wide range of tutoring options depending on your child's needs and your budget. We offer small group workshops, face-to-face tutoring and online tutoring to individuals. All of our tutors have extensive tutoring experience as well as holding top qualification in maths/computer Science.
After School Maths Workshops offer personalised face-to-face small group tutoring. At just £25 per session this offers affordable way to help your child improve their maths.
Online tutoring offers a more flexible tutoring option with the ability to share resources before, during and after the sessions.
Sonia delivers in person tutoring at her Balsall Common home or at yours (depending on your location). She has an up to date enhanced DBS certificate.
Sonia is available for exam marking within schools or for parents. She is also available to run GCSE Maths revision classes and workshops within schools. More information here.
As GCSE and A level examiner Sonia is able to offer unique insights into what examiners are looking for with her group and personal tutoring.
We also offer a GCSE Mock Maths Exam marking service from as little as £20 we will provide and mark a genuine Edexcel GCSE Mock paper and provide feedback.
